Robert “Bob” Allen Glick

Bob Glick, beloved patriarch, was born Sept. 2, 1937 to Al and Rose Glick in Passaic, New Jersey. He grew up in Maywood, New Jersey.

He was a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University in 1959. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1963 and practiced in New Jersey before moving to Prescott in 1979. Bob practiced as a CPA in Prescott for 36 years.

Bob enjoyed playing softball and played on a team in the Senior Softball league. He was instrumental in initiating the Tobin Memorial Softball Tournament. He also volunteered with the Lion’s Club and Salvation Army.

Bob is survived by his wife of 37 years, Joan Glick; son Dave (JoAnn); daughters, Sheri “Joy” Glick, Pat Zang, Janet Pressler and Kathy Duryea (Steve); nine grandchildren, Ben (Diana), Jeremy (Echo), Alexandra and Danielle, Erin (Justin), Brad (Shannon), Kelly, Lani, Chris (Alynn); 13 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and sister Marilyn Scheuerman of Florida.

He will be greatly missed by his family as well as the numerous friends and clients he has had over his lifetime.

A celebration of life service will be held after tax season on April 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Chapel of Prescott. In lieu of flowers or plants, the family suggests making a donation to the Calvary Chapel Church or the charity of your choice in his name.
