Peters appointed Mesa judge
Lisa M. (Muth) Peters is a cum laude graduate of Arizona State College of Law. After serving as a deputy county attorney, and a full time pro tempore judge for seven years, she was recently appointed by the mayor and city council to the Mesa Municipal Court in Mesa as a seated city magistrate.
