Advisory: Avoid Lynx, Walker Lake areas Friday
The Daily Courier

Nearly two dozen agencies from throughout the county and state will participate in the annual Prescott Basin wildfire drill all day Friday.

Interagency Fire and Emergency Management Group officials are asking non-residents to avoid the Walker and Lynx Lake area where the wildfire simulation will be occurring, to avoid traffic delays.

Where does it say these areas will be closed? This article only mentions traffic delays.

Why do people have to hate on the firefighters and what they do? They need to shut down the lakes and roads and everything else possible to make things inconvient for the public. We are the people who keep you safe at night and we need the practice. Please give us a chance to show you we do care.
