PREP BASKETBALL

Prescott girls 56

Chino Valley 22

A one-sided score gave Prescott the chance to get players some good minutes as every Badger scored Wednesday night in Chino Valley.

Senior guard Kendall Peterson led the effort with 17 points and six steals. Senior Jay Sneeden added 10 points, and freshman Kylee Donahue scored eight.

The Badgers look to keep the winning ways rolling Friday night at home (7 p.m.) against Sedona Red Rock.

The school district decided to have an event at the high school without consulting anyone at the high school regarding the basketball schedule. Very poorly played by the Admin. people.

Regarding the refs in chino being biased. That is funny right there. Chino is treated like the little "red headed step child" in the entire area. (If you disagree, where is the Chino stats from this game? I researched and Caitlyn scored 17 points for Chino) Fouls were missed on both sides. And if you are upset because of missed calls, especially if you are ahead by 30, you need to re-asses your attitude.

More like a foul. Chino refs are biased.
