Gun and knife show takes place this weekend in Cottonwood

The 13th Cottonwood Gun and Knife Show is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Verde Valley Fairgrounds, 800 S. Cherry St., in Cottonwood, on the corner of 12th Street and Cherry Street.

Vendors from around the state will be there to buy, sell and trade. New, used and antique firearms, knives and Western memorabilia will be available for purchase. There will also be ammunition, books, coins and a variety of shooting, hunting and outdoor accessories.

The public may bring firearms and related items to sell, trade or show off. All applicable local, state and federal laws will be observed.

@ Life is Hard: At that huge gun show in Phoenix you have to check your sidearms at the door. No personal firearms allowed.

To Guns equal low IQ, life is hard and it's harder when you are stupid.

Accidents at gun shows are extremely rare and gun shows are not where criminals buy their guns. (per the BATF)
